What Is Emotional Freedom Techniques?
Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT is healing modality that uses tapping on the acupressure points of the face and body. This method “un-kinks†the meridian system and causes you to feel more relaxed and at peace about things that may have habitually bothered you before.
The founder of EFT, Gary Craig adapted Roger Callahan’s Thought Field Therapy into this more user friendly technique. As weird as this sounds, it works remarkably well. Thousands of people the world over have used the technique to lose weight, quit smoking, overcome phobias, heal relationships, reduce or eliminate physical pain and find more peace in their lives. The list of things that EFT has been affective at correcting is almost endless.
I was very fortunate to have come across the technique several years ago and have used it successfully to overcome many things in my own life. I loved EFT and still do.
